The 89th Annual General Meeting of Zermatt Tourism on 7 February 2024 was dominated by the record result in the history of the association. Once again, the members of the Council of Delegates, Board of Directors and management can proudly look back on a successful year.

The successful partnership between Hamilton and Air Zermatt is moving to a new level with the opening of a joint store in Zermatt. Following a joint pop-up store venture on Bahnhofstrasse, the two companies are continuing their successful collaboration with a long-term project. Shortly before the start of the year, the Hamilton x Air Zermatt store was officially opened in Zermatt.

The wellness facilities at the Hotel & Solebad Arca have been upgraded, with the saltwater swimming pool and integrated bubble loungers and massage jets designed on a larger scale.

Taste of Zermatt is a new label – a seal of quality for products that are sustainably produced locally and represent outstanding quality.

The five-star boutique residence “Chalet Zermatt Peak” has been recognised as the best Swiss ski chalet for the fourth year in a row. And it also picks up the accolade of the world's best ski chalet.
