The Rollin House is located in a very quiet location in the idyllic Winkelmatten district at the foot of the Matterhorn. Winkelmatten can be reached on foot or by electric bus and offers an ideal starting point for the summer and winter ski area and all hiking trails. The bus stops about 100m from the house; a supermarket and various restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is the nearby center of Zermatt.

The apartment is on the top floor of the Rollin House and consists of 2 rooms, a small gallery and a newly renovated bathroom. The living room is equipped with a cozy sofa corner, a dining area and a new, open kitchen. On the balcony of the living room you can enjoy the sun with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn from early morning to the afternoon.

The bedroom has a double bed with a view of the Matterhorn, as well as another balcony from which you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine.

Above the kitchen and dining area there is a gallery with a skylight that opens onto the living room and can be reached via an electric staircase. Here there is another double bed (1.40m) and a single bed.

The apartment is designed for a maximum of 5 people, but the ideal and most spacious area is for up to 4 people.
