A deposit of 40% is payable immediately by bank transfer, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, the full amount is payable immediately by bank transfer. The bank charges are at the expense of the tenant. Non-cancellable, if the instalment or the balance is not received, the reservation expires. We recommend that you take out a cancellation cost insurance.
